Toronto, November 18, 2002 - ANSYS Incorporated of Canonsburg, PA, announced today its sponsorship of the da Vinci Project. ANSYS joins a growing list of major sponsors of this project, set to take the future by storm!

The ANSYS sponsorship will allow volunteer engineers for the da Vinci Project to use a wide range of software for design simulation and virtual prototyping.  This is just the boost the da Vinci Project needs for its next step toward winning the X Prize competition: preparing for a manned launch of the da Vinci Rocket.
